Duties

- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Implement program management strategies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Lead program development initiatives that align with best practices in behavioral health and social work.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to meet client needs.
- Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their rights and well-being within the community.
Experience
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial management within a similar setting.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Background in behavioral health or social work is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated administrative skills, including proficiency in program management and development.
