Crisis Nurse - Mental Health Practitioner/Rehabilitation Worker

Our crisis team makes connections that save lives! We are seeking a part time and a full time nurse to provide nursing and mental health services to adults, adolescents, and children who are experiencing a mental health crisis. This position works in our residential crisis units in our Willmar office.
Part Time Position working 40 hours every 2 weeks including every other weekend. Full Time Position working 80 hours every 2 weeks including every other weekend - includes benefits.
Job Duties:
- Conduct health education and skills groups with children, adolescents, and adults.
- Complete health screenings, pass medications, provide health monitoring, and process provider orders.
- Communicate with clients, families, and outside agencies while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Teach individual rehabilitative skills.
Requirements:
- Must posses a valid MN Nursing License (RN or LPN).
- Must meet DHS requirements for Mental Health Practitioner or Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker.
- Ability to pass a DHS background study.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Requires computer skills for electronic health record entry.

Pay: $30.93 - $49.54 per hour
