Mental Health Practitioner - Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services In Stevens County

The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct services to adults with mental illness in individual and group settings, both site based and in the community. Services focus on establishing goals that are personally meaningful to the person receiving treatment, develop skills, and achieve a quality of living that is based on each person’s vision of recovery.
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm. Position is flexible, working remotely within Stevens County.
Job Duties:
- Appointments scheduled in a timely manner.
- Implements identified goals through skills training and communicates in a positive, respectful, strength based manner.
- Complete assessments and other documentation necessary and defined by the Department of Human Services.
- Able to work independently displaying good communication skills and maintaining an accurate schedule.
Requirements:
- Must meet the requirements of a Mental Health Practitioner as defined by DHS.
- Private working space from home.
- Travel will be required, there will be increased travel during orientation and training.
