What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Front Desk Receptionist position at Woodland Dental Group?
We are looking for a FT friendly, dental office receptionist preferably with some experience. Must be a fast learner and have good communication skills. Applicants must have excellent phone skills to be able to communicate with patients, as well as insurance representatives. You must be organized, enthusiastic, and self- motivated. Excellent customer service is required. Bilingual applicants are preferred, but a great attitude and strong work ethic are our first priorities. You must have the following skills:
- Excellent computer skills (MS Windows)
- If no experience, be able to learn dental terminology
- Phone skills with multiple phone lines
You must be able to learn and enhance your skills in all aspects of the dental front office in a short period of time.
We are located in the city of San Marcos. We have a modern office, a small patient population, an enthusiastic team, and two sincere dentists dedicated to quality care.
