Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet service customers, take incoming service calls and advise
- Identify service needs of customer vehicle based upon historical service data
- Advise customers of estimated repair costs and review invoice with customers
- Inform customers of progress of repairs/service orders
- Advise customers of customer satisfaction surveys from the manufacturer (CSI)
- Address customer's questions/needs promptly and professionally
-Perform walk around of customer vehicle presenting obvious needs and any damage seen prior to accepting vehicle
- Inspect customer's vehicle ensuring it is clean, finished on time, and repairs are completed correctly
Ford dealership experience is a plus.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience with multi-point inspections, inspection form software (XTime/ Mitchell) & selling techniques
- Remarkable customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
-Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic understanding of motor vehicle (technical knowledge NOT required)
- Computer Literate (Experience with DealerTrack is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus, but not necessary
