Woodland Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and personable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional resident care and support in a compassionate environment. Located in Elkhart, IN, our facility values teamwork and is committed to enriching the lives of our residents every day.
Shift Schedule :
Day shift available (12-hour shifts, 6 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM).
Pay Range : 18–$20 / hour
CNA Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized nursing care aligned with the Resident Care Plan, ensuring residents' safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Deliver care for residents with specialized needs such as therapeutic care, neuro and dementia support, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious diseases, and wound care, as applicable.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Ensure residents are up and out of bed per the Care Plan's guidelines.
- Actively contribute as a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.
- Maintain professional and empathetic interactions with residents, families, co-workers, and other staff members.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, respect, and care in all duties.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support individualized resident care plans.
