Woodland Manor is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Elkhart, IN.

About the Role :
As NHA, you will direct day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards while maintaining the highest level of care and service. You’ll also play a pivotal role in staff management, financial oversight, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Lead all business-related activities for the facility.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and processes to maintain high standards of care.
- Oversee annual state surveys and regulatory compliance.
- Manage facility finances effectively.
- Collaborate with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment to protect residents and staff.
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures.
