Woodland Manor, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide therapy services that promote independence and improve patient functioning, helping residents achieve their best quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans as established by the primary Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop programs tailored to each patient’s needs and capabilities.
- Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in techniques and skills to support therapy goals.
- Evaluate residents to gather data necessary for treatment planning and establish both short-term and long-term goals.
