Woodland Manor Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations in Elkhart, IN!
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
Shift Available : Full time
Responsibilities :
To provide quality physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
To assist in the evaluation process and with identifying a target list, including short-term goals, long-term goals, and treatment plan
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist; BLS certification
- Must be 18 years and older
