Position Overview
As a Unit Manager, you will provide leadership to nursing staff, ensure that residents receive exceptional care, and assist with the daily operations of the nursing department in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Monitor and evaluate resident care plans to ensure alignment with individual needs and compliance with policies.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident health and staff performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to meet state and federal requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care strategies.
- Provide training, mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the nursing team.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid state license.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Nurse Manager or Supervisor in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
