Job Overview:
Join our team as a Maintenance Tech and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. We are looking for an individual who has minor basic skills in facilities maintenance, such as minor repairs on sinks, toilets, dry wall, painting etc. Maintance Tech will be on call for emergenies, and will help maintenance supervisor with charting and keeping up with records for the building. As a Maintenance Tech, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise while contributing to the upkeep of our facility. Responsibilities:
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all systems are functioning properly
- Perform with maintenance supervisor with troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain and repair various equipment and machinery
- Engage in residential painting projects to upkeep property aesthetics
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or tenants
Qualifications:
- Proven basic experience in facilities maintenance, and related tasks
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Need to have valid drivers license with no restrictions
- This job is 9 to 5
