Description: Provide enrichment and instructional support to students in grades K-8 in a summer school setting
Essential Performance Responsibilities
Interpersonal: Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, humanistic and open-minded. Strong sense of teamwork. Strategic thinker. SALARY RANGE: $48.48 per hour

- Plans a differentiated program of study which meets individual needs and interests of students. Adjusts lessons when appropriate.
- Uses a variety of instructional techniques based on best practices.
- Prepares lesson plans that include clear objectives, materials used, and methods.
- Presents curriculum which supports district and state goals objectives and standards.
- Uses a variety of assessment strategies and provides progress reports as required.
- Utilizes pre and post assessments on a regular basis to adjust instruction to meet student needs.
