Shifts:
- Days: 8a-5p
Position: Floor Technician - Creating a Safe and Welcoming Environment at Venza Care at Woodland Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and comprehensive floor care, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean environment in compliance with health regulations
- Inspect floors for cleanliness and condition, addressing areas as needed
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for flooring upkeep and repairs
- Assist with event setups and furniture rearrangements
- Respond promptly to spills and areas needing immediate attention
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Floor Technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Familiarity with floor care equipment and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and mobility
