Oncology Medical Assistant
Dynamic Medical Assistant needed to work PRN in our growing Oncology division in Crestview, FL.
Major Responsibilities of Medical Assistant:
- Triage patients in clinic
- Assist with and set-up procedures
- Update patient history
- Prep charts for upcoming appointments
- Ensure efficient clinic flow
- Proficient with EMR
- Answer phone and voicemails
- Assist in prior authorizations
- Administer injections
- Floating in clinic with Physicians
- Assisting RN’s PRN
Qualifications for Medical Assistant:
- Medical Assistant certificate required, certification preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational and people skills
