Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Resident Care Staff Member to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting a positive and supportive community environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as needed.
- Monitor and provide safety and security for residents' physical and emotional well-being.
- Promote resident independence by providing quality care in accordance with current standards, principles, and regulations.
- Report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience or training in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to work with a team to provide compassionate and quality care.
- Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and make decisions in accordance with good clinical practice.
