Job Summary
The Woodlands of DeWitt seeks a skilled Resident Care Staff to deliver exceptional care to our senior living community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing daily tasks in accordance with current standards and regulations governing long-term care facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and providing accountability for all care services provided.
- Support meal preparation and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as needed.
- Maintain the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents by monitoring their safety and security needs.
- Promote resident independence by providing quality care in accordance with current standards, principles, and regulations.
- Report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor.
Requirements
