Job Description
As a Resident Care Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing of our residents. You will be responsible for:
- Providing assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages as needed.
- Maintaining the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents by monitoring their safety and security needs.
- Promoting resident independence by providing quality care in accordance with current standards, principles, and regulations.
- Reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience or training in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide compassionate and quality care.
- Demonstrated ability to use sound judgement and make decisions in accordance with good clinical practice.
