Job Description
As a Resident Care Staff Member, you will be responsible for providing outstanding care and support to our residents. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and providing safety and security for residents' physical and emotional wellbeing. Additionally, you will promote resident independence by providing quality care in accordance with current standards, principles, and regulations.
