The responsibilities of this role include:

• Supporting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with instrumental activities of daily living, including light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Responding promptly to resident calls and performing scheduled activities
• Accurately documenting care provisions and changes in resident status

To succeed in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, obtain PSS certification within 120 days of hire, and provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, and Influenza. Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also essential.
