The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with instrumental activities of daily living, including light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Responding promptly to resident calls and performing scheduled activities
- Accurately documenting care provisions and changes in resident status
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16-$24, plus a range of benefits, including evening and night shift differentials, vacation and holiday pay, perfect attendance bonus, referral bonus, tuition assistance, health, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits, and a 401(k) savings plan.
To succeed in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, obtain PSS certification within 120 days of hire, and provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, and Influenza. Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also essential.
