Summary
We are looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician to repair and restore vehicles. You will be responsible for providing excellent service with great attention to detail and speed. As an auto body technician you will be working with other auto body technicians, technicians at Woodlawn Auto Body and mechanics. You must be able to follow instructions as well as all safety procedures. If you are able to provide us with good service by communicating with customers and explaining auto body repairs, then we think you would be perfect for this position.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Repair vehicle accidents and damages by cutting metal, painting, etc.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and provide customers with repair suggestions
- Determine vehicle needs for additional repairs and recommend the appropriate work
- Select the best repair method for each vehicle repair and apply it to the vehicle repair
- Preserve parts of vehicles by sorting, labeling, and organizing auto parts
- Inspect vehicle condition after repairs to ensure quality control
- Add more car parts such as tires, batteries, lights, etc.
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Communicate with customers and explain additional services at each stage of auto body repair process
Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto body repair is required. We can train the right candidate. Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Good knowledge of car mechanics is required. We can train you on how to do these tasks well. Experience in electrical systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate well with customers.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a high-pressure environment.

- Monday to Friday
- No nights
