Full-time, evening shift, with rotating weekends & holidays.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical assistance or phlebotomy training from an accredited organization preferred.
- Experience with phlebotomy, or experience in a medical laboratory environment preferred.
- CPR Certification.
- Must have and maintain a valid Indiana driver’s license.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Performs clerical functions.
- Performs phlebotomy and general laboratory duties.
- Carry out courier duties as needed.
- Must maintain patient confidentiality and limit use of PHI to minimal use.
