This Maintenance Tech position is part-time working primarily weekends.
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidate must have a GED or High School Diploma preferred.
- Building maintenance experience is preferred.
- Good communication.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret government regulations. As well as documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Experience with:
- Facilities Maintenance
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
Position Description:
- Perform routine maintenance on heating, ventilating and air conditioning.
- Clean, strip, re-coat and buff floors.
- Perform electrical safety testing on equipment.
- Assist in snow and ice removal.
- Assist with general maintenance of building and grounds.
