Evening Operations Manager-Crown Center
Assists the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the operational function at the Crown Center Complex. Directs the nightly cleaning.
Continually analyzes operational functions and suggests to the Senior Project Manager immediate corrective action when performance deviates from the standard.
Walks buildings during work shifts to ensure that cleaning standards are being met.
Interprets and implements approved operational policies, methods, and procedures.
Develops and trains subordinate supervisors. Appraises their performance and implements action for promotion, transfer, or termination.
Ensures the proper handling of customer complaints and problems.
Keeps the Sr. Project Manager informed of serious or repeated problems.
Develops and maintains plans to ensure that the complaint does not repeat.
Ensures consistent reporting and feedback of all necessary information with the Senior Project Manager. Maintains a committed working relationship with the Crown Center Property Management.
Works with the Trainer to identify cleaners that require additional or more thorough training. Performs on-the-job (OTJ) with new cleaners to ensure they understand and perform to Crown Center and building standards.
Implements and controls the handling of periodical work orders.
Hours: M-F, 4:30 pm - 1:30 am, Some Mandatory Weekends
Education, Certification, and Experience:
3 years of commercial cleaning experience or related industry.
Physical Requirements
Able to stand and walk on cement the entire shift.
