GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: To take care of the guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Check-in guests
- Check-out guests
- Summons luggage assistance to assist guests with luggage
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail
- Cashier
- Communicate changes to appropriate departments
- Opening and posting charges
- Print guests’ bills and collect payments, and verify guest’s credit cards
- Answer switchboard and transfer to appropriate departments or guest
- Prepare reports
- Maintains lobby area and coffee station
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job requires no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: There is no prior experience or training required to perform the essential functions of this job.
