ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performing all activities & ensuring guest happiness
- Knowing and enforcing safety guidelines
- Maintaining the appearance of recreation areas
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Outgoing & pleasant with both children & adults
- Flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends & holidays
- Ability to be assertive & control crowds, but polite in explaining rules
- Reliable
- Ability to adjust to & accept daily change
- Learn, understand & enforce safety rules for guests & staff
- Able to produce & evolve creative ideas
- Spirit of cooperation and teamwork
