Woodman’s Bar & Grill is a casual fine dining restaurant in Orono, Maine, owned and operated by a small restaurant group that also includes two Moe's Original BBQ locations in Bangor and South Portland. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Take direction well, collaborating closely with the executive chef, leadership team, and staff to improve food quality, kitchen processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Complete operational improvement projects and tasks on time.
- Work independently and efficiently while contributing to a positive and professional team atmosphere.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development to advance your culinary career.
- Help set a high standard for the team by demonstrating strong work ethic, attention to detail, and effective communication.
