Front End Supervisor Fill-In

Woodman's is looking for someone with supervisory experience in the retail industry to assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Front End to include the following;

• Provide leadership and direction to all of our point-of-sale employees.
• Effectively manage front-end customer traffic flow while maintaining the exceptional level of customer service that our customers expect.
• Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures through proper handling of all transactions and corresponding documentation (i.e. refunds, check approval, price overrides, gift cards, and any other transactions requiring supervisory involvement).
• Use your skills in transaction processing to assist in completing customer transactions.
• Efficient communication with the second and third shifts to ensure all work is completed.
• Proficient in Cash handling.
• Assist in developing others to maintain the highest level of customer service.

Okay, so here are the requirements:

• You will possess a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Your cash handling skills will be top-notch.
• Previous experience with NCR cash register systems is a plus.
• We need this employee to be friendly, outgoing, and personable.
• This position generally work second shift, anywhere between 630am - 10:00pm.
