1. VACATION: EARNED ON ANNIVERSARY DATE AFTER ONE YEAR OF CONTINUOUS EMPLOYMENT ANNUALLY AT THEIR CURRENT WEEK BASE PAY. EMPLOYEES IN CONTINUOUS EMPLOYMENT FOR 2 YEARS OR MORE

SHALL RECEIVE 2 WEEKS’ VACATION ANNUALLY, 8 YEARS OF CONTINUOUS EMPLOYMENT OR MORE SHALL RECEIVE 3 WEEKS’ VACATION ANNUALLY, 15 YEARS OR MORE WILL RECEIVE 4 WEEKS OF CONTINUOUS

EMPLOYMENT AT THEIR CURRENTLY WEEKLY BASE PAY. EMPLOYEES WORKING LESS THAN FORTY (40) HOURS PER WEEK SHALL RECEIVE A PRO-RATA VACATION WITH PAY EQUAL TO THE NUMBER OF HOURS WORKED

IN THE ACCOUNTING YEAR DIVIDED BY FIFTY-TWO (52).

2. PTO: ELIGIBLE FOR PTO AFTER COMPLETING 90 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS EMPLOYMENT.

3. INSURANCE***: EMPLOYEE AND FAMILY COVERAGE AVAILABLE UPON COMPLETION OF WAITING PERIOD AND MEETING HOURS REQUIREMENTS. EMPLOYEE MUST AVERAGE AT LEAST 15 HOURS PER WEEK FOR

EMPLOYEE ONLY COVERAGE AND AVERAGE AT LEAST 30 HOURS PER WEEK FOR FAMILY COVERAGE

4. PERSONAL HOLIDAY: ONE PERSONAL HOLIDAY AFTER ONE YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT (EARNED ON ANNIVERSARY DATE) TWO PERSONAL HOLIDAYS AFTER 3 YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT, THREE PERSONAL HOLIDAYS AFTER

10 YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT, FOUR PERSONAL HOLIDAYS AFTER 20 YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT, AND FIVE PERSONAL HOLIDAY’S AFTER 25 YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT

5. ESOP**: ASSOCIATES 18 AND OVER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ENROLLED UPON WORKED FOR COMPANY ONE FULL PLAN YEAR, GENERALLY OCTOBER TO SEPTEMBER AND WORKED AT LEAST 1,000 HOURS IN THAT

12 MONTH PERIOD.

6. EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION HOLIDAY BONUS: PERCENTAGE OF WAGES EARNED BETWEEN SPECIFIC TIME PERIODS OFFERED. GUIDELINES POSTED WITH BONUS MUST BE MET.

Loss Prevention Job Description:

· Conduct surveillance utilizing one of the industry’s most advanced CCTV systems

· Floor surveillance to detect and prevent loss of merchandise

· Write shoplifting reports

· Work closely with local law enforcement agencies

· Conduct physical security checks of the building

· Look for potential safety hazards and openly communicate found issues with store management

· Hold responsibility for loss prevention awareness throughout the store with all store associates

· Actively conduct investigations of internal dishonesty; report company policy violations promptly to store management.

What are the requirements?

  • You must have experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or other related fields to be considered for this position.
  • Criminal Justice education preferred.
  • Familiarity with best in class retail security equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
