What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Woodmeister Master Builders?
Woodmeister is a high-end residential builder and millwork company providing fine-quality renovations, custom cabinetry, architectural woodworking, and new home construction for discerning clientele. Family-run and operated for over 40 years, we have become world-renowned for our expert craftmanship, artistry, technique, and service.
We are now hiring a Temporary Recruiter to assist with high volume hiring.
This assignment will run through December 31, 2025 ONLY.
You will contribute by:
- Posting jobs and reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Sourcing candidates by utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates for job openings.
- With the support of the Director of Human Resources-facilitate the negotiation of job offers and start dates to select candidates, including salary discussions, benefits, and first day instructions.
We’re searching for candidates with:
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting role
- MUST HAVE experience recruiting for manufacturing and engineering roles
- This position is remote or hybrid – proximity to Holden, MA preferred
- Strong ability to follow standard procedures and receive instructions
