Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Appointment Setter at WoodmenLife, located in Albany, GA with some work from home flexibility. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, scheduling appointments, lead generation, maintaining communication with clients, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills
- Lead Generation ability
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
