">We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling life insurance and retirement products, developing leads, and re-evaluating customer needs on an annual basis.

- Listen to members to understand their financial needs and ensure a smooth sales process.
- P personally deliver death benefits to local families.
- Maintain and grow member base.
- Present flags and awards to local nonprofit organizations and individuals.
- Support local chapters in community service and fundraising efforts.
- Build lasting relationships with members and help them reach their financial goals.
Requirements
">- You must be able to obtain state insurance licenses (life, health, variable contracts) and pass a background check and/or insurance licensing verification.
- You must be able to work independently.
- You must have a high school diploma.
- You must have good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
- You must have strong interpersonal, written communication, oral communication, and listening skills.
- You must be able to engage well with others and provide an exemplary customer experience.
This is a commission-based contract opportunity. We offer a benefits package for those who qualify. You will need to complete a criminal background check, credit check, drug screen and reference checks. Any contract offer will be contingent upon successfully passing these screenings. You will be an independent contractor and not an employee of WoodmenLife. However, certain full-time life insurance sales agents may be treated as statutory employees for employment tax purposes.
