Life Insurance Sales Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling insurance products. This role requires strong sales skills, the ability to analyze client needs, and effective communication to ensure clients receive the best coverage options tailored to their individual situations.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products to meet those needs.
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Educate clients on various insurance policies, including coverage options and benefits.
• Market insurance products through networking, referrals, and community events.
• Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to their policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice.
• We provide video, in person and hands on training.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail sales.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Experience in outside sales is a plus
• A valid insurance license is required. If you don't currently have one, must be willing to study and take state exam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
