Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business leads and expand the customer base.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in an insurance environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using software tools such as Salesforce for account management and analysis.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively to inform sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.
