Job Title: First Tee Attendant
Reports To: Director of Outside Operations and Director of Golf
Position Description: Responsible for creating a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests while providing exceptional service. You will work closely with the Director of Outside Operations and other managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your role is vital to maintaining a well-stocked, efficient, and welcoming environment at the golf course. Seasonal and part-time opportunities are available. The hourly rate is $19.00.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide superior and efficient service to members and guests
- Follow all procedures outlined in the Outside Operations Manual
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures
- Communicate any restrictions on golf cart use, the driving range, or practice areas via posted notices
- Coordinate daily tasks and events with the Outside Operations staff
- Ensure all golf range and practice area setups are completed properly on a daily basis
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bag room, cart barn, and starter booth
- Manage the daily and monthly maintenance of the golf cart fleet, keeping accurate records of maintenance, GPS system updates, and repairs
- Rotate golf carts strategically to ensure even usage and prolong the fleets lifespan
- Ensure each golf cart is thoroughly cleaned, stocked, and detailed before being returned for use
- Maintain the appearance of all golf operation areas, including bag racks, benches, and trash cans, through proper cleaning, sanding, or oiling
- Perform additional duties as assigned by manager on duty
