Job Title: Housekeeper / Custodian

Reports To: Housekeeping Manager / Director of Facilities

Position Description: maintain a clean and safe environment of the clubhouse and surrounding buildings and areas for our members and guests. The position is full-time, with an hourly range between $17.15 - $20.00 depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Ensuring that all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and stored
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will be critical to the success of our organization
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management
• Dusts all surfaces
• Cleans and wipes bathroom facilities
• Empties all wastebaskets
• Disinfects telephones as necessary
• Buffs floors and shampoo carpets
• Cleans and polishes brass
• Washes windows inside and outside
• Assist with removal of furniture and set up for functions
• Performs any and all tasks assigned by supervisor
