Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs for clinical staff
- Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular rounds and participate in shift change huddles to address educational needs
Requirements:
- Valid state RN or LPN licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Wound Care Certification (WCC)
- Infection Preventionist certification
