What You'll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of a diverse and dynamic property portfolio.
- Manage tenant relations with a focus on exceptional service and long-term retention.
- Ensure the properties are well-maintained, financially sound, and meet organizational goals.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals to deliver top-tier property management.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding property experiences.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and innovative property solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of property management experience with a strong background in leadership.
- A deep understanding of the Bay Area real estate market and trends.
- Proven track record in budget management, lease negotiations, and vendor relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead with empathy and inspire teams to succeed.
- Real Estate or Property Management certification is a plus.

Competitive Salary
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annual plus an onsite apartment is included as a part of the compensation package.
The company considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (eligibility may vary based on role), vacation and sick time off, and a benefits package.
