Woodmont is seeking a professional Service Technician to assist in the maintenance operations at our beautiful 368 unit Apartment Community located in Dublin. The schedule is 40 hours per week - Sunday through Thursday, 8am-5pm. This position requires good organization skills, proven apartment turnover, painting, and custodial/housekeeping skills. This individual will interact with team members, vendors, and residents.

REQUIREMENTS:
Performs job related tasks in an timely and effective manner per company policy & procedures.
Performs daily routines as directed by the Property Manager.
Repairs and restores to proper condition, interiors, including but not limited to, appliances, furnaces, heaters, boilers, doors, hardware, cabinets, floors, plumbing, electrical, lighting and painting.
Repairs and restores to proper condition exteriors, including but not limited to, doors, windows, hardware, plumbing, fences, pools and exterior lighting.
Available to respond to after hours and weekend emergencies on an on-call rotating basis.
Required to pass physical, drug and background checks.
Valid driver's license with legally required auto insurance as well as reliable transportation.
Have own set of tools.

Salary:  $24.00 per hour

The company considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (eligibility may vary based on role), vacation and sick time off, and a benefits package.
