The Talent Acquisition Manager at Woodmont Real Estate Services will be responsible for the recruiting at our properties as well as our corporate offices. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and reaching out to potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have talent acquisition experience in the real estate or property management industry. This is a full time, Monday through Friday, exempt position.

$100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate quality.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and clear communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop/update job descriptions as needed.
- Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and other departments to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Drive collaboration between the HR and hiring departments to ensure successful onboarding and smooth transitions for new hires.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, universities, and industry contacts to expand the talent pool.
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Manage the new hire paperwork and onboarding of new hires.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve employee retention.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per hire, and candidate quality.
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding the status of recruitment efforts, challenges, and successes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure it meets the organization’s objectives and goals.
- Ensure that recruitment activities comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment technologies to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Promote and enhance the organization’s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving the company’s presence and reputation in the talent market.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in talent acquisition, prior experience in a real estate or property management firm preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and comprehend reports and invoices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
- Familiarity with labor laws, equal employment opportunity regulations, and best practices in hiring.
