Schedule:
We are looking for a customer focused team player to be responsible for overall store success. Looking for someone that can enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and have excellent organizational skills.
Key areas of focus:
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Follow policies and procedures and strong attention to detail.
- Assist with keeping store clean and visually appealing.
- Share new ideas to help improve sales and operations
- Be accountable and deal head on with all customer issues.
- Lead by example in all things and have a professional appearance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Proven successful experience in a retail setting
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Four year degree
Schedule:
- 30-40 hours per week Tues-Sat. 9:30-5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
