What are the responsibilities and job description for the Birthday Party Hostess position at Woodplay of the Carolinas?
The Woodplay Party Room is seeking dynamic Party Host to join our team and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, events management, and customer service. Our Parties typically take place on the Friday, Saturday and Sundays and last for 2 hours each. Hours will vary based on how many parties are booked each week and schedule is set weeks in advance.
Duties:
- Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience
- Coordinate and host parties, ensuring all activities run smoothly
- Manage conflicts or issues that may arise during events
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the event
- Assist with food service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Help with set up and clean up of parties
