Must possess experience in general cleaning, sanitation, and mechanical skills. Should be in good physical condition. Job requires heavy lifting 80 pounds. Possess the ability to follow oral and written instructions. Be diplomatic and tactful in relation to co-workers, students, and the general public. Hours could be day or night shirt. BCI & FBI background check required.
