The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial statements, bookkeeping duties, utilizing accounting software, handling financial tasks, and preparing journal entries. This role is located in Wilmington, NC with some work from home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, and payments
- Post transactions to accounts
- Create and send Payment Links
- Generate invoices and receipts
- Reconcile accounts
- Manage accounts receivables and payables
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Pay bills and record payroll
Role
The Bookkeeper is vital to our organization; they will help management make informed decisions about the company's financial health. They will work side by side with our Controller, who analyzes the financial data.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
