Woodruff Property Management Company is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to assist the Property Manager in overseeing the management of our properties. This role involves supporting property operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations, with some travel between WPMC properties as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Property Operations: Collaborate directly with the Property Manager on all on-site property operations.
- Leasing and Marketing: Handle all aspects of leasing and marketing to prospective residents.
- Unit Inspections: Walk ready units to ensure they are prepared for move-in.
- Resident Relations: Develop and maintain a resident relations program.
- Reporting: Generate renewal, leasing, and other reports for the Property Manager.
- Rent Collection: Accept rental payments and post rents to the computer.
- Marketing Materials: Ensure all property marketing materials are current, accurate, and effective.
- Commission Tracking: Maintain accurate monthly commission sheets on leases, renewals, and delinquencies for bonus purposes.
- Notices Distribution: Distribute all company or community-issued notices.
- Professional Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of property management experience with strong leasing experience.
- Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, strong marketing, and administrative skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Dependability: Must be reliable with personal transportation to support property needs.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record.
