JOB SUMMARY:
Loads trucks in preparation for the job site. Performs installation duties according to company approved methods, standards, and timetables. Uses safe methods when handling tools and equipment. Complies with all Woods work rules, including but not limited to, confined space rule. Supports the management and mission of Woods Basement Systems, Inc.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Loads trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by the foreman and production manager. Uses safe methods in handling tools and equipment. Makes efficient use of time. (15%)
2. Performs installation duties according to company approved methods and as instructed by foreman and production manager. Completes work to meet Woods standards and timetables. Uses safe methods in handling tools and equipment. Makes efficient use of time. (85%)
3. Adheres to all policies and procedures – reference Employee Handbook, Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy, HAZCOM Program, Safety Program, Confined Space Rule, and Trench Safety Program.
MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
3. Maintain clean driving record (Approved MVR requires successful DOT examination completion)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Six months experience as a skilled or semi-skilled laborer preferred; or,
3. An equivalent combination of education and experience.
4. If driving a Woods vehicle, must maintain driving record acceptable to insurance underwriters.
PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS for Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling:
Heavy Work: Exerting up to 150 pounds of force regularly and/or up to 100 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 50 pounds of force consistently to move objects.

- Seeing: Must be able to see well enough to read job specifications, physical conditions at job site, and results of work completed. - 75-100%
