POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager helps lead the company’s marketing department by ensuring successful brand management, lead generation and public relations. Supports the vision, mission and values of Woods Basement Systems, inc.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Lead Generation
o Develops the annual marketing plan and budget that will meet company lead quota within the budgeted cost for such leads.
o Analyzes the progress of the plan at regular intervals and makes necessary adjustments.
o Tracking results to make knowledgeable adjusts, if any, to annual strategy in a timely fashion.
o Identifies, exhibits at, and evaluates events to drive lead generation and community awareness..
o Oversees content calendar for social channels, websites, newsletters, and blogs.
o Manages digital marketing partners to execute strategies to generate leads on all digital platforms.
o Negotiate traditional media buys with local TV and Radio stations for direct lead generation and public relations.
• Brand Management
o Ensures all marketing materials, both internal and external, are on brand, represent the company well, and fit the current strategy.
o Ensures the company’s and vendors’ marketing efforts are cohesive.
o Works with human resources to formulate and execute the company’s employment brand.
• Public Relations
o Proactively announces appropriate company information to the media and other communication channels.
o Responds to media inquiries and requests.
o Ensures responses to reviews and questions from a variety of sources are responded to accurately and within a reasonable time frame.
o Interfaces with community organizations to promote the company.
• Marketing Materials
o Creates and/or provides creative direction regarding the company’s marketing materials, including marketing campaigns, social media, written materials, videos, graphics, TV and Radio ads, and the like.
o Utilizes resource provided by our dealership support networks but not limited to these two resources, to assist with all marketing as determined appropriate to meet annual department quotas and goals.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of online and offline marketing best principles and practices.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on computer screen 99% of time.
• Ability to operate personal computers and programs; apps, and the like.
• 2 years of college (preferred) and 4 years of experience in marketing OR a combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in this field.
• Valid Driver’s License, Safe Driving Record, Ability to Drive for the company

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS for Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling:
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects. Job involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if standing and/or walking are required only occasionally. If working events, 1) ability to transport equipment in own vehicle, 2) ability to exert up to 50 lb. of force occasionally in setting up and tearing down booths, 3) ability to stay upright/stand for up to eight hours at a time, 4) ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level.
