Job Title: Proshop Food and Beverage Manager
Summary:
The Proshop Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the
pro shop and golf simulator food and beverage department, including cooking food,
service, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding
of food and beverage operations, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the pro shop and golf simulators food and beverage
department, including cooking food, preparing drinks, service, and customer
satisfaction
- Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of pro shop food and beverage staff
- Assist in developing and implementing food and beverage menus
- Manage inventory and ensure that all pro shop food and beverage items are
fresh and of high quality
- Ensure that all pro shop food and beverage operations comply with health and
safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional
manner
- Stay up-to-date on the latest food and beverage trends
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
- Must be 21
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Ability to learn and process a point of sale software
- A valid food handlers and alcohol permit or the ability to obtain one
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage of $18-$20 based on experience plus tips
