JOB DESCRIPTION:
Woods, Fuller, Shultz & Smith P.C. seeks to hire a full-time associate for its Sioux Center, Iowa office. The associate will be assigned to one or more practice groups, including a general business and transactional practice. Associates receive considerable client contact and work experience. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, negotiating and drafting documents, preparing estate plans, forming business entities, resolving disputes, completing filings, and addressing a wide variety of issues.
Applicants in the top 50% of their law class are preferred. Transcripts should include class rank where available. Salary to be determined.
