Woods Orthodontics is a comprehensive orthodontic clinic located on the east side in beautiful Bend, OR. We are currently seeking a treatment coordinator position to add to our team and aid in the growth of our practice. Job duties include but are not limited to: Handling new patients' experiences - this position takes the lead in welcoming new and potential patients to our practice and helps guide them through their first appointment; explaining treatment options; discussing payment plans and financial options for new patients; verifying insurance benefits, and also occasionally answering phones and scheduling appointments. Ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Sales or discussing contracts or discussing healthchare treatment options
- Reception and Scheduling
- Exceptional customer service and a desire to be personable
- Working with others collaboratively
- Healthcare and EMR systems
- Medical or dental insurance claims
- Strong communication and written skills
- Microsoft Office Software
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
This position is part time with the opportunity to move to full time in the future. We will provide the training on our EMR system and other office systems currently in place. Hourly wage is competitive and dependent upon experience.
